Biography
Ada Jaramillo is a Bioengineering PhD student in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, where she is a recipient of the Dean’s Fellowship. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, along with a certificate in Data Science, from the University of Texas at San Antonio. As an undergraduate, Ada conducted research in the Medical Design Innovations Laboratory, focusing on medical device development and localized drug delivery systems. She joined the Hanjaya-Putra Lab in 2025 where she aims to advance lymphatic research.
